How to pick a capper you can actually trust
Most betting records online are screenshots. The ones on this board are graded by a third party, from the box score, against the closing line — and every number is live.
The problem with screenshots
Anyone can post a 12-3 week. What you never see is the 3-12 week that was quietly deleted, the pick that was "voided" after it lost, or the odds that were edited after the fact. A record you cannot audit is marketing, not a record.
What graded means here
A capper posts a pick through SportDataIQ before kickoff. We snapshot the line, the odds and the book at that second. When the game goes final we grade it from the official box score, record the closing price and compute the closing-line value. The capper cannot change any of it. If they ever grade a pick by hand, the SDIQ Verified mark comes off and they leave this board.
Why ROI and CLV, not win rate
A 60% record at −250 loses money; a 45% record on +180 underdogs makes it. ROI is units won per unit risked — the number that matches your bankroll. CLV asks a harder question: did the market move toward the capper after they posted? Over a few hundred picks, consistently positive CLV is the best predictor there is of who keeps winning.
How to use the board
Sort by the number you care about. Open a capper's page for their record by league, their last results and the plays they have open right now. Join their community from there — that is where the picks land, with the odds, the sportsbook and a live tracker while the game is on. Tail what fits your bankroll; the record will still be here tomorrow, unedited.
What happens to a pick, start to finish

Posted before kickoff
A capper submits the pick through SportDataIQ — from the dashboard or /pick in Discord. We store the line, the odds, the sportsbook and the time. The card goes to their community with a lock timer.

Market-checked
The card shows the consensus line across regulated US books at that second and whether the capper got a better number. That is closing-line value before the fact, visible to everyone in the room.

Locked at kickoff
When the game starts we record the closing price for the exact selection. Tail and Fade buttons lock. Nothing on the pick can change from here — not the odds, not the units, not the write-up.

Graded from the box score
At the final the pick is settled from the official box score: spreads and totals from the score, props from the stat line, parlays leg by leg. The result, the closing line and the CLV go on the card, the ledger and the public page within a minute.

Verified or not
A capper can override a grade — a postponed game, a bad line — but every override is audited and marked self-graded, and the SDIQ Verified badge comes off the record. Only fully verified records are ranked.
How to read a row
- Record
- Wins-losses-pushes on graded picks. Voided picks (postponed games, retractions) are excluded and never rewritten.
- Units
- Net profit at the capper’s own stake sizes — a 2u win at −110 is +1.82u, a 2u loss is −2u.
- ROI
- Units won ÷ units risked. The board’s default sort. +5% means five cents back on every dollar risked, which is a very good year.
- CLV
- Average closing-line value: how much better the posted price was than the closing price, in implied-probability terms. Positive over a large sample is the strongest sign a capper is ahead of the market rather than lucky.
- Sparkline
- Cumulative units over the last 20 graded picks — the shape of the recent run.
- ▲ ▼ NEW
- Rank change against seven days ago. NEW means the capper crossed the 20-pick line this week.

Every board row links to the capper’s page — record by league, last results, what they have open — and to their community. That is where the picks land: the odds, the sportsbook, a market check, a live tracker while the game is on, and Tail / Fade buttons that build your own record with /mytails. Questions
- What is a verified capper?
- A capper whose every graded pick was settled by SportDataIQ from the official box score — never typed in, never edited. The SDIQ Verified mark disappears the moment a capper grades a pick themselves.
- How is the board ranked?
- By return on investment (units won ÷ units risked) over the window you choose. Every row also shows units, win rate and closing-line value so you can sort by whichever matters to you. A capper needs 20 graded picks and 10 with a closing line to be ranked; smaller samples appear in the Rising strip, unranked.
- What is closing-line value (CLV)?
- How much better the price a capper posted was than the price at kickoff. If they posted −105 and the market closed at −120, they beat the close. Positive CLV over hundreds of picks is the strongest evidence a bettor is actually ahead of the market — win rate alone can be luck.
- Can a capper hide bad results?
- Not and stay on the board. Listing requires a fully public record — units, ROI and CLV shown — and no self-grading. Retracted picks are voided and never rewritten. A capper who resets their record is off the board for 30 days.
- How do I follow one of these cappers?
- Every row links to the capper's page and, where they have one, their join button (Discord, DubClub, Whop or Telegram). Their picks post to their community with the odds, the book and a live tracker; you decide what to tail.
