The vocabulary, defined
What is steam?
Steam is a fast, coordinated line move across many sportsbooks at once, usually a sign of sharp or heavy money. SportDataIQ requires at least four books moving the same direction before it posts a steam alert.
What is +EV?
A price is positive expected value (+EV) when it pays more than the no-vig fair odds implied by the market. SportDataIQ's +EV of the day lists the largest such gaps per book; it is market data, not a prediction.

Straight answers
Which sportsbooks are included?
The major US sportsbooks — DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, Caesars, bet365, Fanatics, ESPN BET, Hard Rock, BetRivers, Pinnacle and others. Betting exchanges, sweepstakes sites and DFS pick'em apps are excluded from odds boards and best-price picks.
Does it place bets?
No. SportDataIQ shows prices and links to the book where available; it never places wagers or holds funds. Market data is not betting advice; 21+ where legal.
Do the odds update live?
Boards refresh from the books on each command and on the alert schedule; pre-game boards close once a game starts.
Is this available on the free bot?
No. /odds, /props, /parlay and the steam, arb, +EV and Salami alerts are Premium features. The free bot includes live scores, standings, leaderboards, scoring alerts and Pick'em.
What does SportDataIQ Premium cost?
Premium is $5 per month or $50 per year per Discord server, with a $2 for the first week. That is the launch price and it does not go up for servers that keep their subscription. The free bot — live scores, standings, leaderboards, scoring alerts and Pick'em — stays free.
